Introduction

Each Pre-Registration Reward campaign may have specific details, including the eligible application, campaign period, reward and eligible countries or regions (“Campaign Details”). The applicable Campaign Details are published by CRAFTPLAY together with, or referenced from, these Pre-Registration Reward Terms and form part of them.

These Pre-Registration Reward Terms supplement CRAFTPLAY's Terms and Conditions. Where these Pre-Registration Reward Terms conflict with another provision of the Terms and Conditions solely in relation to a Pre-Registration Reward, these Pre-Registration Reward Terms take precedence. The remainder of the Terms and Conditions continues to apply.

Eligibility

To qualify for a Pre-Registration Reward, you must:

(a) pre-register for an eligible CRAFTPLAY application through its official Google Play listing during the applicable Campaign Period;
(b) use a Google Play account registered in an eligible country or region;
(c) accept the applicable Pre-Registration Reward Terms presented through Google Play before receiving the Reward;
(d) meet the applicable Google Play technical and account requirements; and
(e) satisfy any age or other eligibility requirements applicable in your country or region.

Eligible territories.

A Pre-Registration Reward is available only in the countries and regions specified in the applicable Campaign Details and in which CRAFTPLAY has enabled the reward campaign through Google Play.

The availability of an application or another CRAFTPLAY service in a country or region does not necessarily mean that a Pre-Registration Reward is available there.

Campaign period.

The applicable campaign period is specified in the Campaign Details (“Campaign Period”).

Pre-registration must be successfully completed through Google Play during the applicable Campaign Period.

The Reward.

Each eligible participant is entitled to receive the virtual item, in-game currency or other digital content specified in the applicable Campaign Details (“Reward”).

The Reward is provided at no charge. No purchase or payment is required to receive the Pre-Registration Reward.

The Reward may be used only within the applicable application and in accordance with its rules and functionality. A Reward consisting of virtual currency or other virtual items is not legal tender, electronic money or a cash balance.

One Reward per Google Play Account

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Campaign Details, each eligible Google Play account may receive the Reward once, subject to Google Play's applicable entitlement mechanics.

Creating or using additional accounts, manipulating platform or device identifiers, exploiting technical errors, or using other fraudulent or abusive means to obtain multiple Rewards may result in duplicate Rewards being withheld or removed to the extent permitted by applicable law.

How the Reward is delivered.

Google Play makes the applicable pre-registration reward entitlement available to qualifying accounts through its pre-registration reward system.

After the applicable application becomes available, the Reward will be delivered through the Google Play pre-registration reward system and credited in the application once the applicable Google Play reward entitlement has been successfully identified and processed.

No promotional code or separate purchase is intended to be required.

Technical delivery problems.

Network availability, Google Play account status, supported-device requirements, platform outages, application-version compatibility or other technical conditions may affect the timing or successful processing of the Reward.

If you believe you qualified for a Reward but did not receive it, contact us at info@craftplay.studio and provide the information reasonably required to investigate the missing entitlement. Do not send payment-card information or passwords.

CRAFTPLAY will make reasonable efforts to investigate valid reward-delivery requests.

Non-transferability and no cash value.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Reward:

(a) is intended only for use within the applicable application;
(b) is personal to the eligible entitlement or account;
(c) may not be sold or transferred to another person or account;
(d) may not be redeemed for cash, money, cryptocurrency or another monetary instrument; and
(e) has no cash value outside the applicable application.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Fraud, abuse and technical exploitation.

CRAFTPLAY may withhold, reverse or refuse a Reward where it reasonably determines that the Reward was obtained through fraud, manipulation, duplicate entitlement abuse, unauthorised interference with the game or Google Play reward process, or another material breach of these Terms.

We will not apply this provision so as to remove a legitimately earned Reward merely because of an error outside the user's reasonable control.

Changes, interruption or cancellation.

CRAFTPLAY may withhold, reverse or refuse a Reward where it reasonably determines that the Reward was obtained through fraud, manipulation, duplicate-entitlement abuse, unauthorised interference with the application or Google Play reward process, or another material breach of these Pre-Registration Reward Terms or CRAFTPLAY's Terms and Conditions.

We will not apply this provision so as to remove a legitimately earned Reward merely because of an error outside the user's reasonable control.

Changes, Interruption or Cancellation

A Pre-Registration Reward campaign depends partly on Google Play and may be affected by applicable law, security issues, fraud, platform requirements or circumstances genuinely outside CRAFTPLAY's reasonable control.

CRAFTPLAY may make changes that are reasonably necessary to operate the campaign, comply with applicable law or platform requirements, protect the integrity or security of the campaign, or respond to circumstances outside CRAFTPLAY's reasonable control.

Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change.

We will not rely on this section to arbitrarily take away a Reward already validly earned by an eligible participant or to limit rights that applicable consumer law does not permit us to limit.

Consumer rights.

Nothing in these Pre-Registration Reward Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Relationship with Google.

Google Play operates the platform through which the pre-registration reward entitlement is made available.

CRAFTPLAY remains responsible for the CRAFTPLAY-specific offer and in-application fulfilment described in these Pre-Registration Reward Terms. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
